We are looking for Telesales Agents!!
Telesales Agents need to be well-spoken as they are responsible for making sales over the phone. A successful Telesales Agent has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. They should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of a sales call.
A Telesales Agent’s core role is:
– Contacting potential customers by phone
– Reading from a prescribed script
– Focusing on customer needs to close sales
– Accurately documenting customer and sale information
– Working within a team
– Consistently making calls to potential customers throughout the shift
– Generating sales using approved script and the training material provided
– Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
– Listening to the customers’ needs to tailor the pitch accordingly
– Answering customers’ questions accurately
– Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
– Use a computer and web-based applications to track calls and collect relevant customer information
– Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
– Meeting sales targets and KPI’s. These will be communicated to you fortnightly and in the Commission
– Scheme for each campaign.

Salary Package:
❖ Base – PHP 35,000
❖ Commission
❖ Tenure/Loyalty Bonus

Work Setup:
On-site; Mondays to Thursdays, 6:00am – 4:00pm
