Purpose This role will drive business growth strategies of the organization through a blend of client-facing consulting services, including architectural design and technical assurance, proposition development, thought leadership and business development activities, with emphasis on the effective & efficient design, delivery, and operation of managed services across the development lifecycle. The service architect will drive customer strategy within complex multi-vendor ecosystems with increased agility and responsiveness to delivery business value faster, better, and cheaper.Duties and Responsibilities Perform market scanning and road mapping to monitor the market continually and actively to identify customer needs in a changing technological landscape, anticipate competitive actions and identify other external factors that may disrupt the market.Develop service models for large and complex programs with coherent integration across multi-vendor ecosystems.Developing service strategy and designs, within the context of dynamic, agile, rapidly evolving environments.Develop services in line with the business strategy as defined by the Enterprise Architecture Framework including the required Business Case to justify investments from executive committee.Conduct and manage feasibility study, research, and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) or proof of value (PoV) in creating new services, solutions and processes.Assist in the development of marketing strategiesEnsure security requirements and controls are incorporated in the products and services to be developed, customized and/or implemented.Perform analysis as required to ensure that the development of and modifications to service components are appropriately considered – e.g., relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards, and practices – ensuring that existing and planned service components remain compatible.Qualify or disqualify whether a leads or a prospect is a technical fit for the solutions and services being offered.Present a compelling narrative and technical material to map the value of the solutions, services, features, and capabilities being offered.Develop the right mix of services, products, features, and architectures to meet the requirements outlined by the prospective client based on their business objectives.Support various sales motions and product offerings.Provide regular and effective progress updates to management and other stakeholders on the status of products and services offered based on its lifecycle.Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with 3rd party vendors and strengthen partnershipsExecute continual service improvement strategies

Qualifications

A. Minimum Education

<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT
Master's degree is an advantage

B. Minimum Experience/Training

<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
Relevant working experience on Service Architecture
Relevant working experience as Business Development Manager or Presales Manager
ITIL Certified
Preferably TOGAF Certified
5 years experience on a managerial role delivering managed services

C. Competency

<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
Proficiency on Service Design and Service Architecture
An understanding of the complete service lifecycle including concept through to sourcing, design, build, test, deployment, and disposal management
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrable experience in requirements definition and management, calling out options, considerations &amp; priorities which require a business decision.
An interest and appreciation of technology trends and IT strategy such as, Cloud, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Big Data and Digital service design and delivery.
Experience of working with and collaborating across technical and project work streams to drive results
Experience of identifying, developing and transitioning knowledge to up-skill internal teams.
Good general consulting skills – structured thinking, effective report writing and presentations, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence effectively across multiple media.
A high-level of self-initiation, organization, and enthusiasm.
A team player, able to work under guidance and own initiative, adding expertise and value to project deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management with focus on nurturing and developing strong relationships.
Knowledge and experience of business analysis techniques and approaches.
