When a new position is available, Information technology is the responsibility of a Recruiter to create a job advertisement for posting on internal and external job boards and other sourcing strategies for different levels depending on business needs.
• Constantly maintain a good pool of resources
The Recruiter is tasked to do paper screening, HR interviews and general profiling both over the telephone and face to face for entry levels positions to managerial levels depending on business requirement.
» At least 3-5 years practice with employment and recruitment operations with background in technical recruiting/hiring
» Must have expertise and practice in recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center/BPO industry
» Familiarity with all human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing / marketing
» Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry
» Proficient in presentation and communication.
» Creativity is a plus.
» Screens candidates for basic compliance with position qualifications.
» Sends interview feedback and hiring updates to candidates
» Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources.
» With practice in volume recruitment is an advantage.
