Position: Japanese Technical Support

Industry: IT Company

Location: Taguig

Work Schedule: Dayshift /shifting

Salary: P 70,000 – P 100,000 gross package

Work set-up: Temporary WFH

  • Responsible for answering inquiry in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research required information using available resources.
  • Responsible for resolving and managing customer issues
  • Responsible for recording their case or ticket documentation.
  • Manage to operate procedures required by the process and organization.

Recruitment Process:

  • Initial interview (OTP)
  • Written assessment (Essay in Kanji)
  • Paper screening c/o Clients
  • Client interview w/ Clients via Skype (Japanese interview)
  • Operations interview OTP or via Skype (English Interview)
  •  Open to Filipino fluent in Japanese language (Speaking, Reading, and writing) 
  • Completed at least 2 years of college, a 2-year vocational course or a 4-year degree course
  • With work experience in customer service
  • Open with experience as a Japanese Translator/Interpreter, Instructor, etc.
  • With Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work in Taguig
