Provides Administrative Support to the Chairman of the Company.Manages the Chairman’s calendar, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.Maintains comprehensive and accurate records.Generates various documents and reports.Performs minor accounting duties.Answers and screens incoming calls and initiates contact or calls as requested.Completes other tasks and projects assigned.

Preferably Female
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
2 years work experience is a requirement.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Operations, particularly Word and Excel.
Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary.
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Has the ability to work independently and can multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Maintains discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
