Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
- Highschool or Senior High School graduate required
- Minimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required
- Previous work experience in the health care industry or work experience with senior living/care desired
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, composure, and pleasant tone
- Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies
- Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective organizational skills.
