Participate in development of client training programs by:Identifying learning issues.Recommending instructional language.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.Determine requirements by working with customers.
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required.
Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Average to advanced written and spoken English.
Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation.
Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
