Business Operations:Accountable for the delivery of program capabilities and business results for ATCP Infrastructure Engineering covering business continuity and risk management, talent and capacity/workforce management, organization level financialsExecute a governance framework across the program to drive the achievement of ATCP IIE priorities.Track the portfolio of projects and functions across IE.Design appropriate management reports/scorecards that articulate results.Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes.Oversee and support approach to risk and issue for IEEnsure succession plans are in place for each key role in the IE organization.Manage and drive recruiting, staffing, capability, people engagement, cost-to-serve, utilization and chargeability for IEDrive organization wide programs and initiatives.Manage the IE CC and recoveries to meet the targets.Financial ManagementTrack planned budget allocation and actual spend for IE, particularly on internal I costs such as Management and Operations, Bench, Training, Initiatives and others. Track and proactively push to meet or exceed chargeability and utilization targets for all managed teams.Proactively ensure that financial recovery plan is met.Recommend and implement approved actions to minimize costs and increase recoveries for ATCP IE.Talent and Capacity Management (Resource Management)Plan and implement actions for staffing and demand fulfillmentEnsure effective utilization and upskilling of resources, including management of an optimal-sized bench.Perform demand and supply forecasting and implement actions to address gaps.Analyze demand, supply, sourcing and recruitment metrics and recommend actions to address issues and risks.Strategize on internal and external staffing of new deals and opportunities.Work with HR, Recruitment, Capability to ensure a healthy supply of skilled resources and timely demand fulfilment.Work with HR on PIP governance for all IEManage financials for the defined scope of operations.Capability and Skills BuildingDefine capability building plans and initiatives needed to support skills gaps.Work with the IE technical capability lead for implementation of skills building initiatives to support the demand.
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Must have 7 to 8 years’ experience in relevant field
Proficient in MS Excel and Reporting
Has Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Has Supervisory experience and Team Management
Work Location: Global 1, Libis, Quezon City
Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm
