This position is one of the most strategic at goFLUENT: in direct contact with our learners, they help them to have the best possible experience while learning with us and raise precious feedback to our trainers and to our Product and Service teams.At goFLUENT, the Customer Service is unique. We are always ready to help our learners with empathy. We do our best to deliver every day the best experience!What You'll DoManage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the supervisors guidance:Resolve customer complaintsCall clients to follow up on their training progressConduct demo callsAssist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Team Leader/ManagerReach KPIs discussed with the LC Team Leader/ManagerYou'll love this job if youAre outstanding at communicating, both orally and written (Korean is your mother tongue)Have a previous successful experience in customer supportAre very empathic and able to solve complex conversations in order to give a smile to customersAre an organized, responsive, sincere and autonomous person

We are looking for

1 to 4 years experience in customer service

Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office

Advanced level of English (verbal and written)

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
