Considered candidates will undergo a Business Series Training designed to train newly hired Associates on the business operations of Amicassa for one to two (1-2) weeks. The training duration will vary depending on the candidate’s assigned position which includes but not limited to:Reservation and BookingBilling and CollectionBank FinancingCredit InvestigationDocumentationTransfer and Release of TitlesCustomer ServiceCandidates may be deployed to Amicassa Operations (Customer Service Desk, Project Management, and Project Support) or Shared Services Groups (Tax Management Unit, Customer Care Center, Property Registration Unit or Financial Services Unit). All these functions are related to the after-sales processes for the Residential Business Group of Ayala Land, Inc.
Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably with business- related course)
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
Has the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
Meticulous, organized and has a sense of time management and task accountability
Service-oriented and has the willingness to learn
Must be willing to report to the assigned office location as necessary (having the personal means of transportation is highly preferred)
Amenable to be assigned in Makati, Taguig, Cebu or Muntinlupa Offices.
