Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation projectTakes charge of proper assignment of projects to supervisors and project engineersSees to it that all the necessary documents are complete in each projectImplements effective monitoring and control of manpower toolsAssists superior in weekly coordination meetingsMonitors closely the progress of installation project as to budget, expense control, timely completion and quality of work of his peopleAssists in the implementation of training programs for the upliftment of skills of workersMonitors strict implementation of safety programs and sees to it that his men strictly observes the company rules and safety regulations in the projectAssists in the review of contract conditionsAttends to jobsite coordination meetings and weekly coordination meeting with supervisors and project engineersEnsures timely billing of all projects and follows up paymentsApproves timetickets of all personnel in his area

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in Elevator/Escalator industry
Must have excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Capable of negotiating effectively with the other prospective clients and subcontractors
Capable of teaching and training people
