Assist in all the documentation preparations for bidding and accreditation.Bachelor's in Business Administration, preferably with Basic Accounting backgroundAssist in the monitoring of the PhilGEPS website for possible government opportunitiesForwards possible opportunities to the specific account manager copied Document Analyst and Marketing TeamSecondary stakeholder to the Sales Profit Projection per Project tasks in the absence of the Document Analyst Facilitates the status update of Sales Profit Projection per Project in the respective Google SheetFacilitates the Sales Profit Projection per Project number assignment & Trello postingPrepares Petty Cash Forms for bidding expenses / taps AMs on bidding documents payment for request in the absence of the Document AnalystAttends meetings/pre-bid conference with AM or another person involve in the bid (occasional)Helps in the photocopying and scanning of documents during biddings and accreditationPrepares documentary requirements for biddings and accreditations in the absence of the Document Analyst2nd Quality Assurance of all documents for submission during biddings and accreditationsPrepares sealed documents ready for submission and post-qualification documentsSends email on CV & Certification updates (every quarter) to other department's personnelCoordinates with AMs, Accounting and DPO on disclosure of information with outside agencies (clients, partners, stakeholders)Attends to other tasks assigned/requested by Document Analyst AMs or co-workersAssists in the Admin tasks in the absence of other Admin officersAssists in Accounting tasks related to our projects (requirements for invoicing/billing/delivery) and documentary requirements renewal (SSS, PHIC & HDMF Clearances, Surety Bond Requests)Scanning of Performance Bond documents and post in the Bidding and Accreditation Channel in MSTeamsAttends to other task/s assigned if needed
